ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Specialist to own CI/CD release engineering deployment automation and progressive delivery for an AIOps Automation Programme. The role focuses on reliable secure and auditable releases across non-production canary and production environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AIOps automations
Automate build testing release and deployment processes
Deploy ICM integration components webhooks and triggers
Implement versioning feature flags and progressive rollouts
Enable reliable rollback and controlled production releases
Automate infrastructure and environment configuration
Implement audit logging observability and compliance controls
Manage secrets service connections and access permissions
Support non-production validation and production go-live activities
Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams
GOOD TO HAVE
MLOps / DevSecOps experience
Model deployment versioning & monitoring
Azure DevOps certification
AIOps / ITSM integration experience
Multi-wave production rollout experience
Required Skills:
