DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software delivery.
• Automate build deployment and operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using automation and configuration management tools.
• Deploy configure and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes platforms.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and stability.
• Configure logging alerting and observability solutions for proactive system monitoring.
• Ensure platform security compliance and access control across infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot production infrastructure and deployment-related issues effectively.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement incident resolution measures.
• Optimize system performance scalability and overall infrastructure availability.
• Collaborate closely with Development QA and Product teams for seamless delivery operations.
• Create maintain and update technical documentation SOPs and operational runbooks.
• Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Version Control Systems including Git GitLab and GitHub.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Exposure to container orchestration tools including Kubernetes and Helm.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as OpenStack.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and scripting using Shell/Bash scripting.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including DNS TCP/IP and Firewall management.
• Experience in configuring and managing web servers such as NGINX and Apache.
• Exposure to system monitoring troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of backup recovery and disaster management processes.
• Strong Linux System Administration and server management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Cypress automation framework and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and security scanning tools.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to OpenStack environments.
• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
