What will you do
  • Supporting IT equipment in large corporate environment
  • Desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC)
  • Windows 7/10 operating systems
  • Support mobile devices printers scanners wireless VPN etc.
  • IMAC Support - IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change
  • Maintain repairs spare parts and components
  • Research and troubleshoot problems
  • Maintain system configurations and documentation
  • Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through the clients ticketing tool
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devices
  • Backup restoration and migration of user data
  • Smart Hands support with networking server and telecommunications technologies
  • Printer and peripheral device support
  • Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing
  • Ability to research and follow appropriate KB articles
  • Ability to work on-call and other after-hours support needs
  • May provide Executive support
  • Various other tasks associated with deskside services
  • May need to be available to provide support at other client locations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
What do you need to succeed
  • Experience supporting Mac OS Windows OS Microsoft Office Smart Phones AV Conferencing Systems Printers and PC hardware
  • Able to uphold a positive attitude at all times even under stressful conditions
  • Experience supporting remote facilities and users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skills
  • Ability to perform in-depth research and troubleshooting for complex technical issues
  • Ability to prioritize and complete all work tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to walk bend stand for long hours and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Deskside / Desktop / End User Computer experience ideally in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to handle challenging rapid-response user support
  • Proven ability to balance prioritize and organize multiple tasks

  1. MAC system support experience
  2. Provide onsite deskside support to local and remotes sites.
  3. Travel is required when necessary.
  4. Support computing hardware and desktop software.
  5. Support Printer & Peripherals Desk phone and Mobile phone.
  6. Support Video Conference room and Show room as level andby service is required when necessary.
  7. Provide Event Support according to business requirements.
  8. PC re-imaging for PC Refresh or computing problems when required.
  9. Restoration and migration of user data
  10. IMAC Support IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change
  11. Assistance of PC Assets management with Assets team together.
  12. Provide Smart Hands as required to assist other support groups including but not limited to networking server and telecommunication teams.
  13. Track and resolve customer incidents and requests in ServiceNow.
  14. Train and mentor less-experienced team members
  15. Provide End User IT training
  16. VIP Support experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Requirements:

  1. Good English in reading writing and speaking
  2. Solid foundation of end user computing experience
  3. Excellent troubleshooting capability
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Fundamental knowledge of Service Management process
  6. Good time management skills to prioritize workload
  7. Good service experience in a corporate environment
  8. Ability to determine the solution & root cause of issue
  9. Ability to learn new technologies

Required Minimum Education:

  1. High School Diploma (required)
  2. Associate Degree or at least some college courses in related field (preferred)

Required Minimum Experience:

A Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
