Design Engineer

• Undertake design and engineering of water supply and distribution systems including transmission mains distribution networks pumping systems reservoirs and associated infrastructure.
• Carry out hydraulic modelling and analysis for water supply networks and transmission systems.
• Prepare hydraulic calculations design reports technical notes and engineering documentation.
• Develop and review layouts profiles schematics and detailed engineering drawings.
• Prepare design criteria technical specifications BOQs and tender documentation.
• Review existing water supply systems and identify requirements for augmentation rehabilitation and improvement.
• Coordinate with civil structural electrical mechanical SCADA and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated designs.
• Review drawings and technical submissions from consultants contractors and vendors.
• Support preparation of feasibility studies DPRs tender documents and detailed project reports.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable Indian standards project specifications and relevant international standards wherever applicable.
• Assist in site visits surveys and technical assessments as required.
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions and incorporate agreed comments into the design.
• Provide technical support during construction and respond to RFIs/design clarifications.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines and quality requirements.
