Job Summary

  • Supervise mentor and develop a team handling AR RTR and month-end closing.
  • Assign tasks set performance goals and monitor team efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges and drive continuous improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching to ensure high standards of financial performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team objectives with organizational goals.
  • Supervise cash applications & BRS.
  • Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Ensure customer invoicing accuracy and adherence to contracts.
  • Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
  • Manage general ledger reconciliations journal entries and accruals.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Review financial statements and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform daily weekly and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.
  • Work with automation teams to enhance ERP and accounting software efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual efforts.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or other financial software).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in financial operations including AR RTR and closing activities.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role managing a finance team.
  • Experience in process transitions and financial migrations is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with financial ERPs and reconciliation tools.
  • Ability to work across different shifts based on business needs.
  • Flexibility to handle urgent financial tasks outside regular working hours.
  • Willingness to collaborate with global teams in different time zones.
