Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy advanced Generative AI models including Large Language Models (LLMs) and other deep learning architectures.
• Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) computer vision and machine learning.
• Collaborate closely with business domain experts and technical teams to translate client requirements into robust scalable AI solutions.
• Process cleanse and analyse large-scale datasets to train fine-tune and validate sophisticated models.
• Evaluate model performance conduct rigorous testing and iterate on solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to the enhancement of C5is proprietary suite of AI products solutions and accelerators.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in the field of Generative AI and share knowledge with the wider team.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI.
• In-depth understanding of deep learning frameworks particularly transformers GANs and VAEs.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and essential data science libraries such as Pandas NumPy and Scikit-learn.
• Strong practical experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch TensorFlow and Hugging Face.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and their associated machine learning services.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Statistics or a related quantitative field. A PhD is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
