Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science engagements from problem definition to solution delivery
Design and architect scalable AI GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
Provide technical leadership and guide delivery teams across project lifecycles
Manage client interactions stakeholder communication and executive presentations
Conduct solution demonstrations and workshops for business and technical audiences
Drive project governance PMO activities and delivery excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
Monitor project commercials utilization margins and overall P&L impact

9 11 years of experience in Data Science AI and Analytics
Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI concepts and implementations
Experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery
Excellent client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
Strong presentation communication and solutioning capabilities
Experience in BFSI and/or Manufacturing domains preferred
Consulting background highly preferred

Strategic thinker with strong techno-functional expertise
Comfortable engaging with business leaders and technical teams alike
Experienced in AI solution architecture delivery management and client consulting
Commercially aware with exposure to project profitability and resource utilization
