• Position Title: Data Center Technical Support Specialist

• Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years (in Data Center Operations IT Infrastructure or System Support)
• Education Qualification: or B.E. in Computer Science / IT / Related Stream

Certifications (Preferred / Required)
Candidates should possess one or more of the following certifications:

• MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator / Engineer (RHCSA / RHCE)
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) / CCNA

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and monitoring for Data Center infrastructure and server equipment.
• Handle installation configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of servers (Windows/Linux) and network hardware.
• Perform routine health checks rack placement cabling management and hardware maintenance.
• Manage shift handovers incident logging ticketing systems and escalate critical issues following standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with vendor support teams for hardware replacement and maintenance activities.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and Windows Server OS.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP VLANs Routing Switching and Firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with server hardware (Dell HP Cisco etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
