Data Architect

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

We are looking for a strong Data Architect with deep expertise in SSIS SQL Server Azure modernization and real-time data streaming. The role will be responsible for leading data engineering initiatives modernizing legacy ETL platforms and designing scalable cloud-native data solutions.

• Lead the design development and optimization of SSIS packages SQL Server stored procedures complex queries data models and ETL workflows for enterprise-scale applications.
• Drive modernization of legacy data platforms by migrating or re-engineering SSIS/SQL-based solutions to Azure Data Factory Azure SQL Synapse Databricks Event Hubs and related Azure services.
• Architect and implement real-time and near-real-time streaming data pipelines using Azure streaming technologies ensuring high performance reliability monitoring and fault tolerance.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team by reviewing designs guiding implementation enforcing best practices and ensuring code quality performance scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business analysts architects product owners and cross-functional teams to understand requirements estimate effort plan delivery and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Own technical problem-solving for production issues performance bottlenecks data quality challenges and platform modernization risks while mentoring team members and supporting continuous improvement.
