Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage AI-driven programs focused on Generative AI (GenAI) Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering Data Annotation and AI Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management team leadership stakeholder engagement and delivery governance. The role requires driving end-to-end execution of AI initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality productivity KPI and SLA commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI LLM Prompt Engineering and AI/ML operations projects.
- Manage and mentor teams across Prompt Engineering Data Annotation Data Labeling and AI Operations functions.
- Define project plans timelines deliverables and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and ensure achievement of KPIs SLAs quality standards and productivity targets.
- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates dashboards and risk assessments.
- Identify project risks dependencies and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with business product engineering and operations teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project governance processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective resource planning team utilization and capacity management across projects.
