The Data and Reporting Engineer (Operations Analytics) is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the organization by designing developing and maintaining advanced reporting analytics and data governance solutions for operational and supply chain performance globally. The role drives significant impact by ensuring high-quality consistent master data developing actionable dashboards and KPI reporting identifying trends and improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of scalable data and AI-enabled analytics solutions

This position reports to the Senior Project Manager Logistics EMEA/NA and is part of the Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) organization located in Bangalore India and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into Supply Chain Operations and Master Data Management KPIs globally
  • Maintain validate and improve data from global systems such as ERP MES planning tools CRM and CPQ to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with global data standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency reducing cost and improving the reliability and scalability of operational reporting
  • Support the implementation of data governance processes document best practices and contribute to improved master data quality across global operations

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Data Analytics Engineering Information Systems Business Analytics or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in data engineering reporting analytics master data management or operational reporting environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI SQL Excel and data visualization tools including experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Experience working with global business systems such as ERP (SAP) MES planning tools CRM (SFDC)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with DBS Fundamentals such as Visualization Standard Work Daily Management Transactional Process Improvement Problem Solving Process
  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment with exposure to manufacturing supply chain logistics or business process performance management
