Data AnalystETL Engineer

**Job Title:** Data Analyst / ETL Engineer  - 4 to 9 years exp
**Location:** 5 days WFO from Chennai office

We are looking for a Data Analyst / ETL Engineer with strong SQL and stored procedure skills solid ETL experience (AWS Glue Informatica PowerCenter) and exposure to BI tools (MicroStrategy is a strong plus). The role focuses on building efficient data flows transformations and automation for reliable and fast data delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures on SQL Server or any SQL-based database.  
- Design develop and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and Informatica PowerCenter.  
- Use and manage Informatica PowerCenter components end-to-end (workflows sessions transformations).  
- Design and implement transformations and data flows for quick and reliable data movement between systems.  
- Evaluate and implement strategies to replace or optimize heavy stored procedures where appropriate.  
- Collaborate with data consumers and BI teams to model data for reporting and analytics.  
- Work with BI tools; exposure to MicroStrategy is a big plus.  
- Automate recurring ETL and data processing tasks using scripting (same automation expectations as other data/DB roles).  
- Ensure data quality integrity and performance across ETL processes and data pipelines.  

Requirements:

- Strong SQL skills including complex queries stored procedures and performance-conscious designs.  
- Experience with SQL Server or any other SQL-based RDBMS.  
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools specifically AWS Glue and Informatica PowerCenter.  
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts: transformations workflows and end-to-end data flow.  
- Experience designing quick data movement strategies between source and target systems.  
- Exposure to at least one BI tool; MicroStrategy experience is a strong plus.  
- Experience with automation/scripting to streamline ETL operations and monitoring.
