Job Summary

Medinex Workforce is looking for a Data Analyst with 12 years of professional experience to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for collecting organizing analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills good knowledge of Excel and data visualization and the ability to work with large datasets accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect clean organize and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends patterns and inconsistencies in business data.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data quality.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis reporting and data management.
• Create and maintain dashboards using appropriate data visualization tools.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Work with internal teams to understand data requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure reports are accurate and delivered within required timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports datasets and analytical processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Business or a related field.
• 12 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data cleaning.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools such as Power BI is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with reporting and KPI analysis.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts.
