Job Summary

8-10 years in SAP including at least two or three S/4HANA conversion cutovers where they personally owned the runbook preferably conversions using SUM with DMO.
Builds and runs a minute-by-minute runbook covering technical downtime data migration post-conversion functional steps and reconciliations with named owners dependencies and timings.
Plans the downtime window: business freeze pre- and post-conversion reconciliation of balances and open items go/no-go checkpoints and a tested rollback plan.
Runs a 24x7 command centre with shift handovers status reporting and escalation; comfortable using tools such as SAP Cloud ALM.
