We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical and field support for PCB Assembly and SMT manufacturing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting machine issues supporting installation and maintenance activities and ensuring effective customer support. Candidates should have hands-on experience with SMT process equipment and strong technical problem-solving capabilities.

• Provide technical support and customer assistance for SMT and PCB Assembly equipment
• Perform installation commissioning and startup activities at customer locations
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Diagnose electrical mechanical and automation-related equipment issues
• Support machine calibration and performance optimization
• Maintain service reports and technical documentation
• Coordinate with engineering teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests
• Train customers on machine operation and maintenance procedures
• Support field service activities and machine performance improvements
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Mechatronics Instrumentation Electronics or related Engineering disciplines
• 2 4 years of experience in SMT equipment support or PCB Assembly environments
• Experience in customer-facing technical support or field service roles preferred

• Solder Paste Printer
• SMT Component Mounter / Pick & Place Machines
• SPI (Solder Paste Inspection)
• AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
• Reflow Oven

• Machine troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance
• Corrective maintenance
• Equipment installation and commissioning

• PCB Assembly process
• SMT manufacturing process
• Field service operations
• Experience with advanced automation systems
• Exposure to sensors and actuators
