• Industry: Real Estate Property Development or Customer Service-oriented industries
• Area of Experience: Customer Relationship Management Client Servicing Post-Sales Operations
• Years of Experience: 01 years

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer interactions from post-booking to handover of property.
• Handle documentation agreement execution and coordination with legal and accounts departments.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per the agreed schedule and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Projects Sales Legal and Finance for customer requirements.
• Address customer queries complaints and provide appropriate resolutions within TAT (Turn Around Time).
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to customer payments agreement status and communications.
• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities and events.
• Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
