Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves leading the design construction and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the development process coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring that the application meets the desired specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
Strong understanding of backend technologies including RESTful APIs and database management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support application deployment.
Ability to work in an Agile development environment adapting to changing requirements.
Additional Information: -The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
