Develop high-fidelity battery pack models for crash and safety analysis.
Perform debugging and simulation of battery-level and full vehicle crash scenarios using LS-DYNA.
Analyse and post-process key performance indicators (KPIs) related to battery crashworthiness.
Conduct component-level simulations for battery packs and individual cells.
Identify safety issues and apply a problem-solving approach to develop effective countermeasures.
What should you bring along
Strong experience in full vehicle crash and safety analysis with a deep understanding of vehicle-level behaviour
Hands-on experience working on high-speed dynamic load cases including frontal side and rear impact simulations
Proven experience in the development of electric (EV) or plug-in hybrid (PHEV) vehicle architectures
Expertise in LS-DYNA including model setup integration connections and debugging of full vehicle simulations
Sound knowledge of battery systems high-voltage components and their integration in vehicle structures
Experience in CAE correlation with physical testing ensuring accuracy and validation of simulation results
Must have technical skill
