The Counselor will be responsible for converting prospective candidates into enrolments while delivering a high-quality counselling experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide career counselling and guidance on international employment opportunities.Assess candidate eligibility and recommend suitable migration programs.Convert qualified leads into enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.Explain program benefits fee structures documentation requirements and migration timelines.Maintain candidate records follow-ups and CRM updates.Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless onboarding and documentation.Conduct career guidance sessions and support local awareness initiatives.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly enrollmentsLead-to-enrollment conversion ratioRevenue contributionCandidate satisfaction scoreCRM compliance and documentation accuracy
