Position: Costing Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Engineer with 38 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sheet Metal Components Cost Estimation AutoCAD and manufacturing processes. The role involves preparing accurate product cost estimates supporting RFQ activities and working closely with design production and procurement teams.
Requirements
38 years of experience in Costing Engineering within the Automotive or Manufacturing Industry.
Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Components and fabrication processes.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Good understanding of manufacturing processes BOM cost estimation and value engineering.
Knowledge of stamping welding fabrication machining and assembly processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
