Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Core Java & Automation Quality Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing API testing and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing distributed systems and building scalable automation frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain automation test frameworks using Core Java
- Automate and maintain complex API tests in Linux environments
- Develop and execute regression test suites to ensure product stability
- Work closely with development teams to embed automation in the development lifecycle
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
- Create manage and execute test cases using tools like JIRA Xray or Zephyr
- Perform integration performance and regression testing
- Ensure high-quality delivery by adopting manual semi-automated and automated testing approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test planning and execution
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in quality engineering
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Core Java
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as JUnit TestNG
- Experience in API testing and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of Microservices and web architecture
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA Xray Zephyr
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (Collections OOPS Interfaces)
- Experience in Integration Testing including Contract Testing
