Spearhead the drive towards best in class processes through optimization of workflows automation mobility solutions and business process re-engineering.

Define and articulate standards for achieving home loan business processes to ensure six sigma quality of delivery.

Act as the business Partner across all Business verticals to drive customer satisfaction for home loan business.

Develop and Mentor talent with the appropriate competencies required within the Operations function and Technology function to effectively support the business needs.

Monitor and review performance of existing operational backbone for all Core Operations vertical/department for home loan business with a view to optimize productivity and cost.

Leverage innovation and industry best practices for reengineering of business processes automation service productivity compliance and cost optimization initiatives.

Continually review re-assess risks and opportunities associated with processes and guidelines in order to ensure smooth operations and ensure compliance across all areas of responsibility.

Design and execute robust back office goals to support evolving long-term business strategy.

Desired incumbent is to review and evaluate present and future business opportunities threats and risks in the external environment and current and future strengths to achieve the business objectives.
