Expert Understanding: Liquidated Damages Limitation of liability Warranties & Guarantees Consequential Damages Arbitration SAP-SD.
Working knowledge: EPC Contracting negotiations bidding risk review/analysis of tender document redlining drafting of agreements FIDIC form of contracting Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) drafting of MOUs Joint Venture Agreement / Consortium Agreement Critical contractual risks & notices including reply Amicable Settlement of Disputes Letter of Credit Bank Guarantees Parent Company Guarantees Authorization Power of Attorneys time extension and claims management.
