2. Facilitate CI project workshops kaizen events and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in cost quality delivery and experience.
3. Drive 5S & Kaizen program across the plant
4. Coach function and business leaders on Lean tools maturity assessments standard work visual management and process design.
5. Drive cross-functional collaboration through swimlane mapping value stream diagnostics and best-practice sharing across departments.
6. Develop and support governance mechanisms including VOS maturity tracking KPI alignment and leadership engagement routines.
7. Model a culture of ownership and empowerment by helping teams internalize Lean mindsets and behaviors that sustain progress over time.
8. Support deployment across both cultural and tactical dimensions from team-level coaching to enterprise system-level change.
