Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Integration Hub Flow Designer and MID Servers.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow components including Business Rules Script Includes Workflows and client-side scripts.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices security standards and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 years of ServiceNow development and integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs Integration Hub Flow Designer and MID Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API Scripted REST APIs JSON and XML.
• Experience with OAuth SAML and other authentication methods.
• Good understanding of ITSM CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Knowledge of CSM is a plus.

• ServiceNow certified CSA and/or CAD certification.
