We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Video Creation Intern who can help us create engaging content for social media employer branding recruitment marketing and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling content creation video editing and social media trends. This role offers hands-on exposure to branding digital marketing and content strategy in a fast-growing technology company.

• Create engaging short-form videos reels and social media content.
• Edit videos using tools such as Canva CapCut Premiere Pro or similar platforms.
• Develop creative content concepts and campaign ideas.
• Create content for LinkedIn Instagram YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
• Write engaging captions posts and marketing content.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Research industry trends and competitor content.
• Collaborate with HR Marketing and Leadership teams to create impactful content.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content-generation platforms to improve productivity and creativity.

• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• BBA BCA BA Journalism Mass Communication Multimedia Digital Marketing and related disciplines preferred.
