We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong technical background to drive end-to-end implementations. You will design configure and deploy core HR and talent solutions to streamline client operations.
End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors project implementations from blueprinting to go-live.
Module Configuration: Configure and optimize Employee Central (EC) Recruiting (Recrui) and Onboarding (Onboard) modules based on business requirements.
Technical Integration: Manage system integrations data migrations and custom configurations within the SAP ecosystem.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions and guide clients through best practices.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT/consulting experience with SAP and SAP SuccessFactors.
Core Modules: Deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) alongside Recruiting and Onboarding.
Project History: Proven track record of delivering multiple successful SAP project implementations.
Location: Based in Mumbai or open to relocating.
