Job Summary
- Manage day-to-day construction project administration and office operations
- Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers Contractors Vendors and Consultants
- Maintain project documents contracts drawings approvals and correspondence
- Track work orders purchase orders invoices bills and payment documentation
- Coordinate with Accounts for contractor bills client billing and payment follow-ups
- Maintain records of project expenses materials manpower and administrative costs
- Coordinate procurement and material requirements with project teams
- Monitor contractor and vendor documentation and follow-ups
- Prepare project MIS progress reports trackers and management reports
- Schedule meetings and maintain minutes of meetings and action points
- Follow up on approvals statutory documents permits and project-related requirements
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of project records
- Support management in monitoring project timelines and administrative KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction documentation procedures
