Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Concrete Operations Oversight: Manage all activities pertaining to concrete representing 80% of the core duties.

Technical Calculations & Ordering: Calculate total MQB requirements and place accurate concrete orders based on technical specifications.

Quality Control: Inspect concrete quality and flow; monitor transit mixers to ensure material integrity.

Execution & Finishing: Supervise the preparation placement installation finishing and curing of concrete including necessary repairs to walls and beams.

Manpower Management: Effectively handle and lead site personnel (10% of the role).

Problem Resolution: Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure project quality and timely completion (10% of the role).

Required Skills:

Education: B.E. / in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 8-12 Years of relevant experience in QA/QC infrastructure projects precast manufacturing industrial construction or EPC projects. Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). Experience in internal audits CAPA management and quality compliance. Expertise in QA/QC for precast manufacturing and site execution. Hands-on experience in NABL lab coordination and material testing. Strong understanding of concrete steel and structural quality inspections. Ability to maintain QA documentation audit reports and inspection records. Commitment to quality safety and process-driven execution. Strong coordination leadership and team management skills. Experience in infrastructure airport metro highway or industrial projects preferred.
