Support Client Relationships: Help build trust and loyalty by learning clients business objectives and supporting Client Success Managers in aligning Certifys solutions to their goals
Respond to Client Inquiries: Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day client questions providing timely helpful responses and escalating complex issues as needed
Coordinate Client Projects: Assist in the execution of client initiatives by tracking tasks timelines and deliverables to keep projects on schedule
Support Retention Efforts: Monitor client health indicators flag at-risk accounts to senior team members and help implement strategies to keep clients engaged and satisfied
Build Product Knowledge: Develop a strong working knowledge of Certifys platform to help clients navigate features and answer common questions
Gather Client Feedback: Collect and organize client feedback and share insights with the Client Success product and development teams
Assist with Training and Resources: Help prepare and deliver training sessions webinars and support materials that empower clients to use Certifys solutions
Track KPIs: Help gather maintain and report key operational and performance metrics and support the preparation of client-facing updates
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales implementation operations and product teams to support a seamless client journey and timely issue resolution
1 years of experience in client success customer support account coordination or a related role; internship experience or a strong interest in health tech and SaaS will be considered
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic evolving setting
Ability to support multiple accounts while helping deliver a positive client experience
Comfort working with data and basic analytics tools (e.g. Excel Google Sheets) to help track metrics and trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in developing client-facing and presentation abilities
A collaborative team-first attitude and eagerness to work across cross-functional teams
Bachelors degree in business healthcare or a related field or equivalent practical experience
