Chemist – CADE

We are looking for a Research Associate / Scientist – Method Development & Validation to support the Analytical R&D team in developing and validating analytical methods for Healthcare and Personal Care products.

• Develop and validate new analytical methods as per ICH guidelines.
• Perform method validation assay stability and control sample analysis.
• Handle sophisticated analytical instruments including HPLC HPTLC GLC and GC-MS.
• Conduct marker-based assay of Healthcare and Personal Care products.
• Perform raw material analysis and support specification development for NPDs.
• Conduct pre-formulation finished goods and one-time analytical studies.
• Perform internal calibration and routine maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with GLP documentation and audit requirements.
• Prepare analytical reports technical documents and presentations.
• Collaborate with R&D Technology Transfer CQA and other cross-functional teams.

• Education: . in Analytical/Organic Chemistry or / relevant Pharmacy qualification.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Analytical R&D / Method Development / QC / QA within Pharma FMCG Healthcare Personal Care or related industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in HPLC and GC-MS is essential; exposure to HPTLC/GLC is preferred.
• Good understanding of ICH guidelines analytical method validation and basic chemical analysis.
• Knowledge of NABL / API / AYUSH guidelines will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Ayurvedic / Herbal products is preferred.
• Understanding of physico-chemical properties of products.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
