Job Summary
Some important responsibilities of Channel Head:
- People management: Manages team of gold loan managers in all the above cities.
- Business development: Involves actively in marketing and business development aspects on field.
- Assists Gold loan managers in driving gold loan business along with other products.
- Drives the team and handles their roadblocks.
- Assists gold loan managers in lead generations BTL marketing.
- Motivate team and Ensure customer satisfaction.
What do you need to succeed
Experience of 10-15 years in gold loan sales and other banking products should have team handling experience as well
The person should have managed digital loan operations for multiple locations in a NBFC or a Bank
Knowledge of regulations as applicable in the lending business
Must have demonstrated ability to manage loans generated through digital platform.
