We are hiring an experienced Change Management & Execution Lead to drive large-scale organizational transformation and colleague communications across complex multi-geography environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end change management strategy and execution
• Drive change aligned to Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Conduct:
  • Impact assessments
  • Readiness analysis
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • Adoption planning
• Manage people-side impacts:
  • Role transitions
  • Process transformations
  • Organizational realignments
• Partner with Program Leadership HR and Business stakeholders
• Develop structured:
  • Change frameworks
  • Engagement plans
  • Impact heatmaps
  • Adoption strategies

Communications Responsibilities:

• Deliver clear consistent and timely communication
• Build awareness and adoption across impacted teams
• Mitigate resistance and people risks
• Ensure business continuity during transformation
