About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in TypeScript and to drive the development of scalable web applications and microservices-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong capable of leading a team mentoring developers and actively contributing to coding and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design development and deployment of scalable web applications.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Actively participate in coding code reviews debugging and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product managers architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards security and best practices.
Drive technical discussions design reviews and architectural decisions.
Support CI/CD processes and DevOps initiatives.
Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

9-12 years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in:
- TypeScript
Extensive experience in designing and developing Microservices Architecture.
Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and backend development.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong knowledge of design patterns and system design principles.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership Skills

Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
Ability to drive delivery while remaining hands-on with coding.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience interacting with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large-scale enterprise applications.
Exposure to modern DevOps practices.
Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications.
Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams.
