Summary:

Serve as a strategic partner in leveraging data to drive business insights optimize performance and support strategic initiatives across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering Operations and Executive Leadership to design develop and deliver analytical solutions that influence business decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Performs data extraction transformation and analysis to support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
Develops dashboards reports and visualizations using BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker) to communicate data findings effectively.
Conducts deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Collaborates with stakeholders to gather data requirements and develop models or frameworks that support forecasting segmentation and scenario analysis.
Ensures data accuracy and integrity by developing and enforcing quality control procedures and validation techniques.
Partners with engineering and data teams to improve data infrastructure and optimize access to clean structured datasets.
Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear business narratives supported by data.


Qualifications:

68 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or a related field
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or similar)
Strong analytical thinking problem-solving skills and business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
