JOB ROLE

Handle franchise enquiry calls qualify genuine prospects fix sales meetings and follow up with interested customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call new franchise enquiry leads.
• Understand budget location & business requirement.
• Explain basic franchise information.
• Identify Hot/Warm/Cold leads.
• Fix meetings for Franchise Sales Executives.
• Follow up with interested & pending leads.
• Confirm meetings through Call/WhatsApp.
• Update CRM/Excel and daily call records.
• Submit daily calling & follow-up report.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling & meeting targets.

PRACTICAL TARGETS

200 Calls/Day 50 Connected Calls 3 Qualified Meetings/Day

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Marathi Hindi Basic English.
• Good follow-up and sales attitude.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Excel & CRM.
• Target-oriented and confident.
• Freshers can apply.

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Salary: 15000 – 18000/Month
Incentives: Performance-based
