Job Summary
Call Audit Executive
Location: Ernakulam Kerala
Qualification: Bachelors Degree Fluent in Hindi and English with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Call Auditing / Quality Assurance (Customer Support BPO or Contact Center Industry)
Salary: 30000- 35000
Responsibilities
- Audit customer interactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Evaluate call quality accuracy and adherence to process standards.
- Evaluate calls against quality and compliance standards.
- Identify performance gaps and provide feedback.
- Recommend process and service quality improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant call auditing experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
