Job Description Software Engineer (C / C Communication Gateway)
Roles & Responsibilities :
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong expertise in C/C on Ubuntu/Linux to be part of the csutomer who will develop a communication gateway that bridges ZeroMQ/NanoMSG/NNG-based applications with Sparkplug B MQTT infrastructure for Industrial IoT applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a gateway between ZeroMQ/NanoMSG/NNG and Sparkplug B MQTT.
Implement message translation routing and protocol integration.
Develop test debug and optimize communication software on Ubuntu/Linux.
Ensure reliability scalability and performance of messaging systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy the solution.
Qualifications :
Required Skills
Strong programming skills in C/C.
Hands-on experience with Ubuntu/Linux development.
Good understanding of MQTT and Sparkplug B.
Experience with ZeroMQ (ZMQ) NanoMSG or NNG.
Knowledge of networking concepts socket programming and multithreading.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Modbus TCP/RTU.
Experience in developing communication middleware gateways or industrial protocol converters.
Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT) architectures and MQTT brokers.
Experience
68 years of relevant software development experience.
Prior experience in communication protocol integration or gateway development is highly desirable.
