Job Summary

Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise understand the overall ServiceNow architecture and be capable of delivering end-to-end solutions from business requirements through to production deployment.

Required Skills

- 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with CMDB
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP/APIs)
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Experience with ITSM modules:
  - Incident Management
  - Problem Management
  - Change Management
  - Service Catalog
- Knowledge of Now Assist (preferred)
- Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture and end-to-end implementations
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging
- Knowledge of Knowledge Management
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience deploying changes into production
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Preferred

- Experience with complex integrations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Candidates from the Philippines are preferred for better time zone overlap although candidates from other locations will also be considered.
