Key Responsibilities
Make 150 outbound cold calls (dials) per day to prospective students and parents.
Counsel students and understand their learning and career goals.
Explain Innovexis courses internships certifications and placement programs.
Guide prospects through the complete admission process.
Follow up with interested leads via calls WhatsApp and email.
Convert leads into successful admissions while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Collaborate with the operations team for seamless student onboarding

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (Business Development Academic Counselling Inside Sales or Admissions).
Proven experience in cold calling and student counselling.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to make 150 outbound dials every day.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven startup environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.

Qualification
Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1 year of EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
