ITIL v4 Foundation certification one deep Signavio certification (SAP Certified Associate Process Management Consultant SAP Signavio) - OR proven working experience in ITSM; intermediate SQL. Deep in Signavio Working level on Azure AD SAML (administer groups; understand claim mappings; execute manual provisioning per the 2-tier approval model). Owns 3 4 tracks at execution level (Access Mgmt Incident Mgmt for Signavio Documentation Change Mgmt for Signavio); runbooks SOPs; SAP TAM contact; mentors L1.
