We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in mainframe migration programs to support the migration of enterprise tools from Broadcom to IBM/BMC. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders technical teams and offshore delivery teams ensuring seamless communication accurate requirements gathering and successful execution of migration activities. You will be responsible for performing data analysis documenting business and technical requirements managing work items in a Kanban environment and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery. The role requires expertise in mainframe technologies migration projects Agile/Kanban methodologies and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
.Support and coordinate mainframe tool migration from Broadcom to IBM/BMC
.Act as a liaison between business users technical teams and offshore teams
.Elicit analyze and document business and technical requirements
.Perform data analysis to support migration and validation activities
.Manage and maintain the Kanban board for the offshore team
.Track work items dependencies risks and delivery progress
.Work closely with multiple teams to ensure migration milestones are met
.Ensure requirements changes and decisions are clearly documented
.Support planning prioritization and execution in an Agile / Kanban setup
Must-Have Skills
.Strong experience with Broadcom to IBM/BMC mainframe tool migration
.Good at data analysis and comfortable working with mainframe platforms and tools
.Solid experience in requirements gathering analysis and documentation
.Proven experience working as a technical Business Systems Analyst
.Ability to effectively coordinate between business and technical teams
Good-to-Have / Nice-to-Have Skills
.Familiarity with Scrum / Agile methodologies
.Experience managing a Kanban board especially with offshore teams
.Prior experience working in large enterprise or migration programs

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Preferred Candidate Profile
.3-6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Technical BSA
.Strong background in mainframe environments
.Comfortable working in migration-heavy and fast-paced programs
.Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills
.Able to work independently without a dedicated Scrum Master
