Description
The Business Head (Non Ferrous) is a leadership role within our manufacturing organization responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our non-ferrous materials division. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector particularly in non-ferrous metals to drive growth enhance operational efficiency and deliver value to our customers. The position is based in Kolkata West Bengal and requires a strong understanding of the industry dynamics market trends and customer needs.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the non-ferrous division operations ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee product development and innovation initiatives ensuring alignment with customer demands and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Manage budgets and optimize operational costs to enhance profitability.
  • Develop and mentor the team to enhance performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with a focus on non-ferrous materials.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong strategic and operational management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
  • A degree in business engineering or relevant fields is preferred but not mandatory.
