We are hiring a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager for our IT manpower staffing business. The role involves handling IT clients generating new business and managing staffing requirements for positions such as Field Support Engineers IT Team Leads Desktop Support Engineers etc. for clients including Lenovo and other IT companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage IT staffing business opportunities
- Handle client acquisition and relationship management
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
- Work on technical and field hiring requirements
- Maintain long-term relationships with IT clients
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in IT staffing/manpower sales
- Strong experience working with IT clients
- Good understanding of technical hiring and manpower services
- Excellent communication and business development skills
Candidates from IT staffing/recruitment consultancy background will be preferred.
