Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Corporate Interior Fit-Out Location: Hyderabad Industry: Interior Design & Fit-Out (Corporate / Commercial Spaces) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Corporate Interior & Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in corporate interior projects. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate interiors sector (commercial offices retail hospitality etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients architects PMCs and contractors. Understand client requirements prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Coordinate with design estimation and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery of awarded projects. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools. Stay updated with market trends competitors and industry developments. Participate in networking events exhibitions and corporate meetings to promote services. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Interior Design or related field (MBA preferred). 3-7 years of proven experience in corporate interior business development or related field. Strong network and connections within the interior fit-out industry. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
