This is a Work from Office job.

Looking for sales executives/ professionals with 1-3 yrs of experience preferably with IT HR/ Payroll Software ERP products. Candidates should have good knowledge of IT sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills.

1. Follow up with the clientsonce the sales team is involved.
2. Developing a database of qualified leadsthrough referrals telephone canvassing and internet mining.
3. Helping the clients tounderstand various product offeringsand solutions available with business
4. Building and managingstrong relationships with customers.
5. Selling our online HR/ Payroll software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone over the web or by email.
6. Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.

Interview Process:

4. Video/ In-Person Interview - Comprehension/ written skills evaluation

Minimum Education (Any/ All)

• BA English Honours
• BSc Computer Science
• B. Tech Computer Science
• MBA

Minimum Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English/ Hindi with aneutralaccent.
2. Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.
3. Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude
4. Should be customer oriented.
5. Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress and while facing an irate customer and managing back to back calls
