Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic business development team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong passion for sales and a desire to grow within a fast-paced performance-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling email outreach and digital engagement platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients using a consultative sales approach. Track and manage all sales activities and pipeline data using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports forecasts and performance summaries. Requirements: 1 year of experience in a sales-related role or internship (e.g. sales assistant customer service representative or sales intern). Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a confident Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel for data entry reporting and analysis. Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho) and willingness to learn and adapt. Strong work ethic results-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. High level of self-motivation and commitment to personal and professional development in sales. Ability to manage time effectively prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
