About the Role:

Health Bloom is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth and build strong relationships with doctors healthcare professionals corporate clients and potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Visit doctors clinics hospitals corporates and other potential clients as required.

Conduct field visits and meetings to generate leads and promote Health Blooms services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain records of leads meetings follow-ups and conversions.

Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Represent Health Bloom professionally during meetings and field visits.

Requirements:

6 months to 3 year of experience in Business Development Sales Healthcare Sales or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with field work and client visits.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Willingness to travel within Bengaluru.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Candidates with healthcare/diagnostic/hospital sales experience will be preferred.
