Job Summary
This role is critical for:
Market Positioning and Strategy: Instrumentally positioning Virtusas capabilities and driving effective go-to-market strategies.
Complex Pre-Sales Management: Managing intricate pre-sales cycles leading responses to RFP/RFI requests and creating compelling narratives for clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as the key liaison between the commercial delivery consulting and marketing teams and C-suite clients to execute highly targeted market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Engagement: Partner directly with internal C-suite stakeholders to conceptualize design and deliver highly tailored high-impact executive-level presentations.
RFI & RFP Management: Lead and respond to complex Life Sciences and Pharma/Insurance RFI/RFPs. Act as the central project manager coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure winning submissions.
Analyst Relations: Spearhead Analyst RFI submissions to effectively showcase and position Virtusas services innovations and capabilities across the LS & Insurance domain.
Consulting Collateral Development: Collaborate closely with the consulting team to build and refine comprehensive Consulting Playbooks and competitive pitch decks.
Knowledge & Asset Management: Create curate and centralize a robust repository of LS and Pharma case studies playbooks and pitch scripts to empower the wider BD and sales teams.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns aimed at penetrating and expanding footprints within key LS and Pharma client accounts.
Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover actionable consumer trends map competitor landscapes and extract insights that inform our strategic positioning.
Executive Board Presentations: Work with account-specific commercial and delivery teams for quarterly & annual town hall meetings. Collaborate with the account-specific commercial and delivery teams for quarterly and annual town hall meetings.
Artefacts Development: Develop Case Studies and manage the Content Repository. Create update Playbooks Generate Pitch Decks Product Offerings Solutions and Accelerator decks.
Required Qualifications & Skills (Recommended)
Experience: 9-12 years of experience in Pre-sales Bid Management Proposal Strategy or Management Consulting ideally within the IT Services or Consulting industry.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the Insurance industries including current market trends regulatory landscapes and digital transformation needs.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for a C-suite audience.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes multi-stakeholder RFP/RFI processes under tight deadlines.
