BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations with a preference for Delhi Client Mumbai Pune Hyderabad Bengaluru or Chennai.

Role Overview
A generic Transformation BA with good experience across any banking domain. A background in global delivery of data projects along with awareness of the clients core systems and ways of operating is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities
- Gather document and validate business requirements for analytics/data transformation initiatives
- Support global delivery of data projects working within a banking domain context
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology and data teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and actioned
- Support UAT validation and delivery tracking activities as needed
Required / Must-Have Skills
- Transformation BA experience within a banking domain
- Background in global delivery of data projects preferred
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of analytics / data / wealth project experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory
